Fermentation & Maturation: Vinification in vats, de-stemmed, vatted for 2 to 3 weeks with very little intervention to let the youth of the fruit express itself. Aged in vats for 8 months

Farming: Organic, Biodynamic

Tasting Note: Intense colour with purplish reflections. Bursting with ripe black fruits – blackberry, blackcurrant and black plum, complimented with well-integrated oak flavours and added complexity from smoky pepper aromas typical of the Syrah grape. A very good value, organic, low sulphur and fully bodied Crozes-Hermitage.
